How the sets relate
A small shared core — the living mark, the seven moods, and a few sayings — recurs across sets so the brand reads as one. On top of that, every set is at least 40% its own: art and formats that live nowhere else.
The character set — the seven calibrated moods plus the hero mark. Big, friendly, instantly Sprout. Kids grab the faces; supporters buy the full mood pack; the lone hero mark is the give-one-to-everyone freebie. Each mood reads from its band, so the colors are earned, never decorative.
Words and instrument motifs — the voice on a laptop lid. Promo loves the sayings and the holographic signals; contributors get the in its own words badge as an in-joke reward. Ships as singles or a 4×6" kiss-cut sheet for sticker bombing.
For the fridge, the locker, the server rack. The unique four earn their keep — a watering tracker and mood key that are actually useful, a potted hero, and a name badge. Supporters and kids alike; a friendly desk-warming gift for new contributors.
The keepsake tier — for jackets, totes, and backpacks. The contributor merit badge is the headline: earned, not bought, for a merged PR. The rest — crest, wordmark, shield — are supporter and promo staples that wear in beautifully.
